Under "Orders" you can see all the placed orders, which customer placed them, the order date, and the status of the order. 

How to receive an order:

  1. On the left menu panel click Orders.
  2. You can filter the display by clicking on Pending Orders on the left to see “Submitted” orders only.
  3. Click on the individual order to see what items were ordered. 
  4. Click "Confirm" to indicate that you received the order. The status will change to “Received”. 

Note: In order to edit the order form, activate “Maintain invoices” in your account by contacting the SimpleOrder support team. This feature will allow you to edit the quantities and prices of the original order. 

Once you have this turned on and you click Confirm on the order (status changes to received on customer side), you will have the option to click Create Invoice. When you click Save, the status will change to Invoiced on your end and the customer will see the changes.

How to suggest orders:

If you would like to suggest orders to your customers, contact the SimpleOrder support team to activate this feature in your account. 

This feature will let you create an order and send it to a specific customer. Your customer will see the order in their Sent Orders section.

To do so: 

  1. On the left menu panel click Customers.
  2. Click on customer name to open details. 
  3. Click on Suggest an order.

Your customer will see the order in their Sent Orders section.

How to enter an order:

You can manually enter an order when customers place their order by phone and you would like to add the data in your SimpleOrder account. 

To do so:

  1. On the left menu panel click Customers.
  2. Click on a customer's name to open its details. 
  3. Click on Enter an order.

4. You will be presented with the catalog to select the items to your order. Insert the quantities to the items and click Send

5. You will see the order in the Orders section with status "Received". The customer will see the order in their Purchase Order section with status "Received" and once they receive the merchandise on their end the status will change to "Delivered".
